I just placed an order, when will it ship?
Please allow 3–7 business days for processing and production before your order is shipped.
How long is shipping?

Please note: Certain circumstances beyond our control (such as holidays, natural disasters, or courier delays) may affect delivery times. While most packages arrive on schedule, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates once the order has been handed to the carrier.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes — you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it at no cost.
If your order has already shipped, cancellation is not possible. To cancel, please email us with the subject line “CANCEL” and include your order number.
I entered the wrong address!
If you’ve entered an incorrect or incomplete address, please reply to your order confirmation email immediately with the corrected details.
We can update your shipping information within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, we cannot guarantee changes.
My item arrived damaged
We carefully package all items, but in rare cases (about 1 in 1000 shipments), damage can occur during transit.
